Do Not stay here, unprofessional

Do NOT Stay here. I arrived at check in time, and the property turned me away because they were delayed with their cleaning and asked me to return at 16:00. Unprofessional and I'm still fighting with them to refund my money.

Very Inconvenient

Terrible stay. I arrived at check in time, and they turned me away because they hadn't finished cleaning and asked me to return one hour AFTER check in time. To make matters worse, the hotel is refusing to refund.

滿分推介

我們一行5人入住都感到非常的舒適，環境衛生是滿意的，有3間房5張床，客廳廚房洗手間淋浴間都是寬敞，露台還有一個大空間可在外邊吹吹風拍拍照。基本廚具餐具都有提供，雪櫃微波爐可供使用。房間床鋪也是舒服，還可以打開2個大行李箱。 至於位置方面，就在單軌車站美榮橋約行8分鐘，附近有超商店餐廳亦十分多。入住手續程序全人手辦理，簡單方便。如有問題也可直達聯絡房東。 若要改善的問題就是等候電梯的位置十分局促，還有一種很刺鼻難聞的氣味，會有令人頭暈透不過氣來。希望這點快快的去改善。 整體來說我們十分滿意這套房間，謝謝房東安排與帶來這個舒適的環境住宿，相信下次再到沖繩的話我一定會再次入住。

兩個房間很夠四大兩小住，空間也很乾淨，備品齊全，唯一比較要注意的是洗手間的水龍頭，方向不太好控制，關不好水容易流到地面；以及洗澡水過燙，無法調整

立地が良いので2度目の利用です。前回に比べてベッド、ソファー下、レンジ回りなど全体的に清掃が不十分でした。風呂場の洗面器、椅子が無いため問い合わせたところ、衛生面から撤去したとのことでしたが、利用者の利便性を考慮し再考してください。

建物に駐車スペースは無かったのですが、近所に🅿️が割と多く直ぐに駐車する事が出来ました😃今回は302のお部屋に大人5、幼児1、小学生（低学年）1で利用しましたが、丁度よいスペースでした。入館する時に少し手順に迷いましたが、オーナー様に連絡したら直ぐに対応してくれました。もとても満足でした☺️ すぐ隣りにご自宅のスペースを解放して朝7時からご飯を提供してくださるお店が有って、朝食を頂きました。家庭料理で美味しくてリーズナブルでオーナーの女性の方が凄く感じがよくて満足しました♡国際通りへも散歩がてらに移動できる距離で便も良かったです。コンビニも近くにありました🙆‍♂️
