“This place a total dump, unsafe building conditions everywhere. worst part is the host is a total scam, over 4 hrs trying to check in, Front desks are comoletely useless as the building owners do not communicate with them and neither do the other sections of the complex, So frustrating ruined our trip, they cancelled us out because they over booked or their electrical systems were unsafe, they Couldn't tell which use which was true. Most of front desk was rude, we found 2 helpful people out of……

“No tissues paper”

“I book the room good for 12 pax but only 3 and the same individual can use the pool for the whole duratiom which is for me is the downfall. We know that everyone would love to go swimming. We booked for 2 nights. At least allow different individuals to go swimming three at a time or on different days at least.”

“I chose this condo unit considering my sister’s previous experience renting one of the property in KL, I just found out that they had a far better unit than what was given to us. The staff are great and the process of checking in was a breeze. We had a studio type unit with two beds, a small kitchen with a table,sofa, television, refrigerator and gas range. They even have a washing machine. It was outdated but a decent condo unit in my opinion. However, the biggest issue we have is the foul……

The room is clean and the Internet speed is very fast! And Netflix. It's really relaxing to watch a movie after taking a shower.”
