Apartment building is in a quiet location but also a short walk to everything. Rooms are cozy, good cold air-conditioning, but are the old box type, comfy beds and basic cooking

A good place to stay, the staff was friendly, the property has 24 hour security, and it’s very clean and affordable. If in the area again I’ll definitely be staying there because there’s plenty of restaurants and fun within walking distance.

Staff was nice enough. The guards were very friendly and helpful! The hotel is old and that relects the pricing. The cleaning staff did not do good job cleaning the room. They would change the sheets and towels, but both had stains and even holes in them. The shower drain sits higher then the floor which won't allow the water to drain properly. I also found and killed the biggest spider I have ever seen in person! Legs were as big around as a soda can! If you need cheap and have low standards, this is the place.

The room was spacious and there was plenty of room to put our luggage. The kitchenette was very useful. The fridge was large, so we could store a few days' worth of drinks and food, which made it very comfortable.

Great modern 1 bedroom apartment. Ample room. Big wardrobe, safety deposit box, the most comfirt bed I've slept on in a long time, good size fridge and freezer. Twin hotplate, frypan and saucepan provided. Unfortunately the cutlery wasnt clean. Dining room table and chairs, good size bathroom with hot water, daily housekeeping, free bottled water and friendly staff

The property was decent and clean enough. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain, water would stay clogged in the sink if you turned it on, the patio has no view, a lot of nearby vegetation blocking any view. And the shower water doesnt drain well so water sits there many hours leaving a smell in the room if you don't close the bathroom door. Aside from that the place is okay for a few nights, the staff is wonderful and checkin/checkout was a breeze.

Running machine was out of order so disappointed

The main reason why i ve booked this hotel because they have a running machine ,in the first day while i was checked it ,ive found out this machine cannot turn on so i ask the staff he said he saw it was working may be few days ago ,then he daid he will ask the engineers from that company to come and fix it. Today it was already a week and i am going to check out but this machine is still out of order. For me is really bad experienced,I will say that they re not professional to make sure there facility are well condition and prepared for there guests to use . The blanket they didnt provided they use the bed sheet so it is same as a paper. Air-con so noisy and not really cold. Staffs is ok good security Easy to walk to walking street but when you walk back to the hotel at night always be alert because some road is really dark and some trans or ladies will come over you.

Fabulous pictures on all adds are from how many years ago? The hotel has no amenities. The rooms are small. There is no service unless you ask, such as room cleaning, towels, linens. Their policy is NO SERVICE unless you ask, and then it is not great. Linens and towels are stained and old. NEVER would I go back or recommend this dump to anyone.

the staff are friendly . the stove is not for cooking is only good enough to make scramble eggs. because it doesn't get enough heat . the rooms is nothing special.the shop around the area is very scary and dirty and it get flooded when it rain and smelly trash all around the street.

Great place to stay, location accessible

Good location to everything, guest services staff were great and accommodating, overall my stay was great and would like to stay here again when I visit Angeles City. Highly recommendable.
