The Boomerang Hotel is a fine place to stay with their incredible staff, service and awesome hotel rooms! I've had much experience with traveling, hotel stays throughout my 26 year Army career, but the security, and superb respectful staff, as the kitchen, dining facility is superb and all soo reasonably priced, from meals to drinks! The Boomerang Hotel is a must stay, 5 Stars all the way, everyday and I'll be returning soon! Thanks Boomerang for your super accommodations!

The air conditioner was noisy, but did cool effectively. Close enough for 10 min walk to walking street. The staff was very helpful, especially Roy. I ordered food and food was good from the kitchen. I would stay again

One night stay at Boomerang Hotel

My wife and me stayed at a spacy jacuzzi room one nigh during our short visit to Clark and Angeles City. The room was well furnished and comfy, staff friendly and assisted with the small issue we reported at the short notice. The bathroom and jacuzzi could have been better cleaned before our arrival. Good overall hotel appearance in the quiet area with on site parking, still close to shops and restaurants and the Walking street

To be told on arrival that we were consigned the worst room without a window or any sort of a view from outside because we booked online was upsetting. Even though we paid more than their cash rate. The rooms were clean, but a 32 inch TV, is not acceptable in 2024. The air-conditioning is old noisy and tired and needs urgent replacement. We paid another 530 a night to "upgrade" so i wouldnt have to traverse the 20 steps. Our room had a remote for the AC that would not work, we found out the unit was manual. Crazy. Then their penny pinching policy of only supplying 3 pillows when their website says 4. A rort to extract 50 pesos . And the duty manager leaves at 6pm not to return until 8.30 am. So most of the time the hotel runs on remote control where the stafff cannot make a decision. The saving grace was the staff. Polite, helpful and friendly. But i get the impression they miss some proper leadership. With absentee owners this is most important. I could not recommend this hotel as there are better, cheaper alternatives available.
