「We never get a chance to use or stay because it was flooded, we cannot reach the place because the water are to deep. We needed to get a new place to stay and so hard to get a refund.」

「Clean and ok for a budget room, NO TOILET SEAT. Let me say that again NO TOILET SEAT. And when I asked for one I was told, they don’t supply and offer no explanation to why there was NO TOILET SEAT, IF I Would have know there was NO TOILET SEAT I would have never booked a room here」

「I had take taxi from T3 to this hostel however I had been rided for 15mins, the location should be very closed to airport, but the driver didn't got the way there 」

「Terrible, terrible place. If there were a zero-star option, this place would deserve it. I only booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the race venue. Aside from being very old and run-down, they set up a live band that played past midnight. When I complained about the noise, they promised to keep it down, but that didn’t happen. The music could be heard up to 300 meters away from the hotel — even more so inside the rooms. I had to book a different hotel despite already paying...

「Although I'd already paid with the booking agent this place insisted I had not and made me pay again. The room was nothing like the online photo and was tatty - broken furniture, no seat on the toilet and the TV didn't work.」

「It's dirty, cockroaches in unit. not convenient to stay with, beds and pillows are need to be changed. LPG hose was not hooked up with the stove, when we're about to use it, lpg leaked. Not safe! No elevator. Lost and found item not returned. My wife left 2 pairs of new slippers in our early check-in room, and never see it again. Avoid this place. 」

「Could not find the property and i will search for 2 and a half hours with several people and could not find the property one same like it might be but it was barricaded like a prison . I would like to get my money back」
