Disappointed stay at Boutique Hotel 01

It was a last minute booking. The front counter staff were not friendly to receive us. Given the price of the room that we were paying, I had very basic requirements. Clean room and washroom. The air ventilation in the washroom was very bad and had to be closed.

Affordable and nice hotel

The room was okay, service are good and nice deco however quite far from street food and convenience store. The pool is nice but not really clean and chlorine too strong.

It’s a Botique Hotel

A very good conceptualised Hotel.. good staff and friendly. My room is big and clean. Breakfast newd to improved. The only complain tto this hotel is the WIFI connections. I cannot connect to my room and as a traveller we most need WIFI connections in some reasons.but overall i enjoy staying in this hotel.

Deceiving images

1. The room sizes: -Booked the superior room.but was given the standard room. Yet they insist its superior room when the difference betw super and standard room is room for walking space around the bed to accommodate an extra "bed" (which is effectively a mattress only). - Toilets are smelly. - Basically only suite is decent to accomodate a couple with kids. - In the end, better to upgrade before spoiling the trip. 2. Amenities and supplies: - towels are chargeable - no fridge - spoiled lightings in rooms - slim finger-sized shampoo with small of soap. - the live band / club is non existent - the pool table, soccer table and dart is only available in the day. Recep counter recreation ends 11pm, while recreation area service staff says end 1030pm. - the menu is super limited. - unmanner and open access and entrance to the hotel. All in all, highly decorative exterior with an unmatching interior. Would not recommend unless for the budget travellers. The only good thing was the driver who gave good advises and service.
