"Hotel lobby looks spacious and elegant but but the room is totally different 😖Room furniture is old, the bed springs are bad and they are sink down, bathroom no hand towel no tissue paper, shower room is small. Breakfast so so. Disappointed😞"

Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "Servicing was not so matter as I didn't really call for servicing only asking for extra pillow and they are charging and that surprise me. Toilet was not really wash properly as the flooring smells urine. The best part is hotel surrounding with multi kind of food and tasty. Overall thank you Hotel Fresh One as I safely stay in this hotel."
