I We went for the first time to celebrate my son's birthday and went to sleep at the house. We couldn't stay there; people had big, smelly dogs. The room was filthy, the alarm detector was hanging from the ceiling and didn't even work. There was no phone, the internet didn't work, and the TV was awful.

One of the worst hotels I’ve been to. It’s very much giving false advertising. The place looks nothing like the pictures. The staff look like they’re all on drugs. They look like these people sex traffic people there . They said I had to wait Two hours to get a room they claim to not have any clean . What really made me mad was I took my kids there specifically because they were supposed to have a water park. It was closed. I guess one person told me it would be open Saturday. The other city is not going to open. Neither was the arcade.. they had doors tied shut we couldn’t get in nor out . Not clean at all definitely wondered why they had us waiting 2 hours for a clean room . WiFi didn’t work at all. Bed sheets were dirty. My Bestie got metal stuck in his had from the fridge falling horrible experience id give it a -10 If I could

We did not complete our stay. The staff was pleasant and agreed to provide a refund. The third floor where our room was located had a terrible smell. The room had wallpaper pealing, broken dresser and damaged ceiling tiles and did not appear clean. The side doors are not secure.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Dirty grounds, broken. glass in exterior doors that don't close so anyone can walk in guest or not. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted with a garbage can overflowing with rotten meat and spoiled food by the vending area. Tor.n up carpet with a caution sign sitting in the middle of the hallway. Once in the room I found a stinky room with stained sheets, someone else's socks still on the night stand and old food on the windowsill behind the curtains. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!You would be better off sleeping in your car.

Upon entering the room, there was a stale odor which was partially masked with deodorizer. The carpet appeared to be in acceptable condition. No TV cable guide on the dresser for the channels, had to call the front desk who told me it's on channel 99. The heat/AC unit was very noisy, so we left it off. I understand the hotel is older, but I thought the bathtub faucet was going to pull out of the wall when I tried to pull the knob. There was plenty of hot water and the pressure was great. The sink faucet was similar, very hard to pull to the on position, I hadto turn it on for my wife. Caulking was sloppy and the tub itself was the original steel one which had been painted long ago. At first I thought it was soap scum, but it was actually the paint job. In the morning, I asked to borrow a snow brush to clear my car off and a maintenance man offered to do it for me, but I told him I could do it. We only needed a place to sleep for one night, and for the price, it was a bargain. I would book there again, even knowing the conditions.

The facility is seriously in need of updating. There was rust on the dropped ceiling in the bathroom, faucets had limescale and the tub finish was peeling. The hallways smelled like old food and dog. There was garbage in the hallways and overflowing in the trash by the ice machines on the 3rd floor. The desk staff were friendly but this place needs to be condemned

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel building itself needs some repairs. In our room alone, the phone had been removed from the wall and no replacement phone in the room, the molding around the bathroom mirror was falling off, and when you sat on the pull out couch you sank all the way down into the mattress springs. There was no other chair to sit in. There was no coffee maker although the sugar/creamer packets, cups and coffee packets for use in the machine were neatly placed on the counter. But our biggest disappointment was that the waterpark and pool were closed on the days we stayed. It was why we chose that hotel. So we went home with some very disappointed children.

Don't stay here. We found evidence of cockroaches in both of our rooms that we had renton upon further review, we started finding possible signs of bed bug issues, including carcasses of dead bed bugs. When I brought the issues to the front desk, he suggested moving one of my two rooms down the hall, which was inconvenient because we needed the two rooms near each other and secondarily, both rooms had the same issues We left this hotel and went to another the same night. We will never step foot in this place ever again.
