“Overall was a great place to stay. The handrail going up the stairs was a little loose. And the stairs leading up to the house could use a hand rail for older guest. The place was very nice. A great neighborhood. Host was very nice and easy to get a hold of.”

“It was a very comfortable and serene place, very safe neighborhood and felt safe driving to King's Island ( neighborhoods very safe and great roads) Outdoors was very relaxing and dogs loved getting to run in the backyard after traveling.”

“Family friendly place- exploring the creeks - bring bathing suits and water shoes- and playin the game room was so much fun. Please was very clean, kitchen well-stocked and beds comfortable”

“M husband and I were there for 2 week stay.Positive: it was clean in most places but could use a little TLC.Close to Kings Island and only 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati. The house is very close to a fabulous dog park and downtown Loveland.Negative: we got our code at 4:02 we were hoping to get in 10 minutes earlier so we could avoid moving our things during a torrential downpour! Thermostat was set to 54degrees!Washing machine was dirty and general area in basement was dirty and wet because……

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, and well organized. We had everything we need. We brought our dogs and they too enjoyed their stay. This little home looks small, but the beds are huge and livingroom accomidated our family of 4. Also loved how quite it was on the street. The host left very easy to read instructions and communicated often. If we ever need a place to stay again we will try and book this one.”

“It has a cool deck in the back to relax in the evenings. Quiet street and very well priced. We’ll definitely consider staying when visiting family again and need a place close by. thank you. You can park on the street or driveway. The extra bedroom is nice. 1 Bathroom is located upstairs only. Keep in mind if someone has issues with stairs. Overall a very quiet wet and cool stay.”

“Place was clean and convenient to go to Riverbend for a concert. We were traveling with friends and was very disappointed that there were no darts for the dart board and the basketball game was not working- the game room was part of the reason we booked this site.”

“The home was very clean and cozy. The fenced in back yard was a great bonus. The host was very responsive and reliable. Already looking into booking here again!”

“Need maintenance for backyard. No seating area”

“Clean well kept property. Thanks for making it so easy. ”

“very close to Xavier University and host is very helpful”

“This property was close to the stadiums and options for eating. There is a nice park at the end of the block. We were able to bring out dog which was a plus for our travel and stay. You need to park in the back of the home in the garage if your vehicle fits or on the street. The street was busy/full of parked cars. The home was not the cleanest place we have stayed. Mold in the bathroom, couch needed cleaning, carpet was not vacuumed thoroughly where it was needed.Others guests noted the kitchen……

“Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there.”

“Clean and charming house in a great location with friendly, responsive hosts. Great stay!”

“We were delayed traveling, so arrived a day late to find that there was no lights in no air-conditioning. When reaching out to the host, we were told that they needed to update me on the issues and they were canceling my stay. Updating was a weird word in this situation because the only thing we had heard previously is how excited they were to host us and they provided all of the entry information already. As I stated, we were already a day late so we were expected to have already stayed at the……

“Check-in went smooth and the email instructions were clear. Everything was in working order, bathrooms were stocked, and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. Although I was not traveling with small children, the home was setup well for the young ones, including a high chair, child friendly toilets, and several games suitable for kids aged 8 and under. The ping pong table and dartboard in the basement were a bonus that I didn't recall seeing in the listing.”

“Such a great house!”
