“Everything seemed fine at first. On our first night my daughter saw and killed a giant brown spider. Followed by multiple other bugs. There were 4 total daddy long legs. The second bed was a couch pull out that was thin and springy. There were no sheets on the pull out, but there were loose sheets to put on that were in the cabinet. The pillows were extremely thin. “Great location, conveniently located near downtown Washington. Made enjoying the downtown waterfront area a breeze. Customer service is great, and pricing is very reasonable. Clean rooms and an easy stay. 5 stars.”

“We would not recommend this property to anyone right now. Decay, stains and dirt almost everywhere. For breakfast we were given 1 yogurt each and a packet of 2 small muffins to be shared. There were small half and half cups and sugar for the coffee. No milk, no juice. Compared to other hotels at that price range, this was very disappointing.
The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but that doesn't make up for the poor condition of the property.”
