  • Come, stay at our fully updated Waterfront Cottage on Lake Demmon- A Year-Round Getaway Home! Our special place has a hot tub, 80' of lakefront, kayaks and a lovely porch to catch up with friends and family. The view from the home is amazing!



    Escape to the beauty of Lake Demmon, the 4th cleanest lake in NYS, and enjoy a relaxing waterfront retreat perfect for couples, families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts. Clean water, fabulous fishing and NO ZEBRA MUSCLES!



    Our charming year-round cottage offers direct lake access, stunning views, and plenty of space to unwind in every season.

    The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

    Sleeping spaces:

    Bedroom #1- 1 King Bed & 1 Queen Bed.

    Bedroom #2- 1 Queen bed

    Bedroom #3- 1 Full Bed.



    Guests have complimentary use of our canoe, 3 kayaks and life vests to explore the lake at their leisure.



    The fun doesn't stop when the weather turns cold. Our property is accessible year-round, with the road professionally plowed during winter months. Guests can enjoy seasonal activities such as ice skating and ice fishing right on the lake. And, the hot tub :)

The property is right on the water and everything was VERY clean. The host was very responsive to all questions, the house was well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen needs, etc. The following did not take away from our stay, but can hopefully help any future visitors. The stairs in the house are steep, please keep that in mind for littles or older family members (same with the small hill down to the water). There was air conditioning in one of the upper bedrooms and the living room. We truly enjoyed our stay. Icing on the cake of your stay? Some VERY cute wild bunnies.
