"Immaculate property, compact and well fitted out. Smooth booking process with good communication and the owner was lovely. We checked in late, 10.30pm and were were really touched to find he had turned lights on and even electric heaters in the main room and bedroom, it was so appreciated. There was also fresh bread, milk, eggs and butter so breakfast was sorted. Beautiful location, very close to park and ride and multiple areas of interest. Highly recommended.....thank you!"

"Perfect size property for a group of ladies in our 40s to get together and celebrate our friend’s upcoming wedding. Individual beds and bathrooms in each room made it all the more comfortable. Good size property - not too big but big enough for everyone to be together. Clean property, well stocked kitchen for entertaining. "We had a wonderful stay at Francesca's House, thank you so much for the thoughtful bottle of wine and the biscuits, we enjoyed them both! The location and accommodation was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well supplied and I really like the lounging area. Altogether perfect! The only issue was the lateness of the access information but when explained that the info was given out on the day of arrival all went smoothly. Thank you Francesca, we will be back!😀"

"The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you.
