「The hotel was very filthy. The carpet looked decades old and clearly hadn't been cleaned professionally since it was built. The hallway and the elevator was had a stale smell like old people retirement home. There were no fan to circulate the hair and I had to hesitate taking the elevator. I stayed in room 327 when I walked in I knew I made a mistake booking the hotel, you could tell the sheets were not crisp and clean you could tell it was not washed from the previous customer. 「Room was s smaller than we were expecting. Fire place was all loose and not working well. Jet tub was small and not conformable. Breakfast was good place was clean but in need of some small repairs.」

「When I tried to watch the TV, I found out that it had not been setup and therefore was not working. I awoke to no hot water in my suite. The lady in charge of maintenance had me use a shower in another room. When I returned to my room, the hot water had been turned back on and she made it seem like there was nothing wrong to begin with. I knew for a fact that she had just turned on the hot water tank for my room.」
