The room was dirty they did not clean it properly my 1 year old was able to pull a condom from under the bed left by the previous occupants and when I mentioned something to the Front desk staff they refused to do anything and said it’s not there responsibility to clean the room I should have checked under the bed and made sure the room was clean…asked to speak to the manager the employee proceeded to lie and say he was the manager and when I asked again he stated the manager wasn’t on the property also the room my siblings occupied was filled with roaches this is a horrible hotel and I do not recommend anyone stays there they will never get my money every again

To start Alex was very professional and nice. I called in advance to advised i would be arriving late past the check in time. He stayed to make sure i arrived and got us checked in promptly and engaged in casual convo. Property is located in a decent spot for the event we were attending that weekend. Parking was great- not many cars were parked. We were able to get a room upfront and where we could keep an eye out for my vehicle. Nice little taco truck right outside. Didn't get to try it, but it smelled amazing! Overall the room was decent enough. But the bathroom- could definitely use a upgrade or at least a few things replaced. The showerhead was a bit concerning as it had green mold/residue caked up on it-we ended up taking wash offs. The ceiling has water stains from a water leak from somewhere. The toilet is stained from it being old maybe- i hope so. There was black stuff in the crevices/corners of the wall/floor. And the shower rod was not sitting securely/properly. Again easy things to be done and it would be better. Aside from that it was pretty cozy. Staff was friendly. It was pretty much quiet but you can hear things going on outside the room as maybe the walls are thin. But it was tolerable. Again other than that- it was a decent cozy little spot for a short stay.
