Staff was so welcoming! Rooms were very nice. Only reason that I only marked 4 stars was due to not having a mini-fridge in the room and bathroom had a sliding barn door- which didn’t give you 100% privacy. Casino was also very clean and staff very friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again when coming to Baton Rouge!

Room was clean and perfect. There were Mardi Gras parades during our stay which we did not expect but the VALET PARKINH attendant was fabulous ! He really took care of us and was able to get our vehicle for departure the next day to where it was easier for us to travel back roads and avoid getting stuck with parade routes. All employees were courteous and the restaurant in house had great service - waiters and food was fabulous !! It was a great time!

Still under construction. Beautiful rooms. Most staff was helpful and pleasant. Dining facilities are not up to standard. Many items on the menu were not available. I left one restaurant after being told 4 times that my selections were unavailable.(Sorry, we are out of ...) I went to the other restaurant, ordered a BLT. After waiting a while, I was told there was no sliced bread, but they could serve the BLT on a bun. I cancelled my order and left.

Staff checked in another guest under my reservation. When I checked in they gave me a key to that person’s room and I ended up walking in on her- luckily she was dressed!
