I visit Baton Rouge often and always stay at this hotel. The woman who works the front desk is extremely rude and her customer service is very horrible. Every time i come check in, it takes her forever to get up and come over to greet me while she’s also rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. She’s continuously on the phone each time and barely even greets us. Her attitude makes us very uncomfortable as if we are not wanted.
We did not receive housekeeping at all and we stayed 4 days. We needed new towels, so we asked the housekeeper on our floor and she said she did not have any which is fine. However when we went down to the front desk to ask the lady who i mentioned, her response was, “You got a housekeeper on your floor, ask them.” Which was completely uncalled for and rude. I get it was 4th of July weekend and it was packed and busy but for me to always come to this hotel every time i’m in town, I don’t appreciate being felt like I was a burden and I don’t appreciate being uncomfortable when I’m paying good money.
She needs to take her attitude and rudeness elsewhere otherwise she will be the downfall of many visitors not wanting to stay here.
