不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
Issue with room odor on day 2…room, bedspreads smelled like urine; floor sticky. First question staff asked was “Does anyone have a key to get in your room?” Really, like I’d give a key to my room to a person of that caliber.
Would not give me a credit for the 1 night because I “prepaid”. Really, I want a credit for the inconvenience as in order to have our room changed we had to pack our belongings and put in our car because a new room was not ready. Lost all the food in our refrigerator. And, had to lug our belongings up and down the stairs.
Squatters / long stayers in the hotel…one urinated outside by the culvert. Others smoked on the landing in front of their room.
Baby roaches in the bathroom (second room). Housekeeping does have roach spray on their carts.
The odor may have been from the old air conditioner units.
