Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The home was nice but it was not very clean. There weren’t very many towels and the ones provided smelled. The bathrooms were very dirty. the home was slightly warm and we could not find the air conditioner control to turn up the air conditioner. The fan in one of the bedrooms did not work which made sleeping uncomfortable. We arrived very late at night and the code to get in the home that the owner gave us was wrong. Due to the late arrival the owner was not answering our calls for the correct code. Fortunately, we guessed right and were able to get in.
