Disgraceful and shocking.
Well we didn’t actually stay. We checked in went to our room no.9 and was absolutely astonished the state of it. Had a very horrible vibe about the whole place. Looked filthy and stank. My husband has COPD and once we noticed the black mould and damp around the windows we checked into another hotel. Took lots of photos and found ground in dirt on skirting boards window ledges and around the shower unit. We live ina spotless house so expect the same standards in places we stay. I’m astounded how people have rated this hotel exceptional as the only thing we found exceptional was the pathway out of there. This is a true and honest review. Think we were the only guests checked in and once we see the state of the place we realised why. Think some of the reviews are made up and dishonest. If everyone gave their honest opinion it may give the hotel staff a kick up the arse to improve the place. Hotels.com need to go and check up on these properties to stop people wasting good money on this hotel. When I mention staff we only see one member it was like a ghost town. Please don’t waste your money booking this hotel.also chairs in room ripped. Meant to be 24 hours service but as we were leaving he asked us what time we will be back as he didn’t want us to wake him up so how is that 24 hours service. Also the tatty piece of paper needs to be updated. Goodness knows how many people have touched it
