"This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. My husband is a commercial driver and has to shut down after 11 hours of driving, so we couldn't go someplace else after we reached the hotel. Otherwise we would've cancelled and left just like everyone else in line at the hotel office. We had to get three different rooms before one we could even sleep in.
