"The room was okay overall, but there was still a greasy smell, likely because it had not been used for a long time.
On the plus side, the location was very convenient, with shops nearby and easy access to MMU University, which was especially helpful for settling in family members."

"Front desk receptionist who attended to me at check-in was helpful and professional.
Was given a room that has a nasty odour; like wet blankets left in a room. Room was changed to my request. Next room was ok, but air-conditioning was noisy. In the evening I asked another person at front desk if they could send someone to have a look at the aircon; nobody came. Gave up. I guess for the price I paid, couldn't expect much. Lucky it was only a night stay. Staff there is friendly. "

"Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise.
F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face.
Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel.
The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep.
