This is a scam. They charge customers for the booking but when you show up they tell you the place is permanently closed so you cannot stay there. They will not provide a refund and Expedia will allow it.

Worst service from hotel.com ever.
I paid for this villa on line with hotel.com 2 weeks before i go there.
I landed in bali at 11.30pm and arrived at the villa at 1.30am.
The guy came after 20 minutes of knocking and calling.
He didn't even let me inside as according to him i was on on his list.
I showed him my confirmation number with my payment done in advance,he told me its not his problem i need to see with hotel.com as he never received my name as booking.
He close the door on my face and told me am sorry you need to go elsewhere.
Can you imagine at this time i was frustrated i don't know no one but my taxi driver was the best he called his friend and i got a room for 1 night.
What was supposed to be a honeymoon was only full moon without villa.
I don't recomend this villa in fact jimbaran cliff hotel and spa was so nice.
Today is 5th day am in bali and am still waiting for my refund.
I need to wait 7 days to get a reply about my money.what they don't understand i had a budget when i book the hotel now everthing when upside down and they didn't even call me after i send them the mail .
I prefer booking.com as they are more proffesional.
