「Het hotel betreft een aantal verdiepingen in een flatgebouw. De checkin en ingang van het hotel zijn niet goed aangegeven. Verder een goede kamer met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Vooral zonsondergang was spectaculair.」

「The room was clean and big enough to have space, there is everything you need to use for stay, balcony and view to the sea, owner is helpful showed room and explained everything, suggest more information than i was expected.. i recommend it for everyone, we will be back 」

「Rooms and premium suits were ok, but nothing like 5 star as advertised or costed in August. Lots to improve including better beach beds and organised restaurant service. Property has a potential but lacks funding . If there were more decking to get to the beach or beach service for drinks. Bar on rooftop opens only evening and no vibe and bland cocktails. 「Overall it was a good stay, we enjoyed Batumi. The property is right on the beach, a lot of shops and activities around. We had some difficulty to find the place. The area is very crowded, there are 4 blocks under the same address. The office located in the block A, suite 603. After finding the office everything was easy.
