The apartment is located on the ground floor or first floor (park side) and furnished in a pleasant way. The living room features a double sofa bed and a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The apartment also features a mezzanine with a double bed or a bunk bed and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Outside, you will find a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. There is parking for your car in the general car park.
