"Historical building entirely renovated with plenty of historical piece of furniture creating a very nice and cosy atmosphere, other than being super clean and very well equipped. Right at the center of Dorgali (plenty of shops, restaurants and artisans walking distance) and few minutes to Cala Gonone by car. Personnel super friendly, kind, efficient and helpful. Abundant and delicious breakfast. We would definitely come back for another trip to Dorgali or Cala Gonone wonderful beaches"

"Der Check in war sehr einfach und der Pool sehr gut zur Erfrischung. Auf den ersten Blick ist uns der Pool sehr klein vorgekommen aber da haben die Bilder mich eventuell etwas getäuscht. Ich würde dort keinen kompletten Pooltag machen, dafür ist er zu klein und es gibt nur einen sehr kleinen Außenbereich. Was man außerdem bedenken muss ist, dass der Ort sehr abgelegen ist und man 30-45 min zum nächsten richtigen Supermarkt und Strand fährt. Ein Mietwagen ist dort ein muss!!! Alles war...

Hotel Costa Dorada

"A wonderful one night stay! Right on the ocean, and a lovely little beach. Loved the large and comfortable room, the view from the dining patio, and the strong air conditioning. The sheets and linens were soft and cozy. The staff allowed me to store my bags, offered me ice water, and time to clean up in the ladies room after returning from an excursion and before heading to my next destination. A lovely hotel, and in the heart of it all yet still retains a private vibe."

"Our stay at Nascar Hotel was exceptional from beginning to end. As someone who teaches hospitality in New York City and travels frequently, I don’t say this lightly—I was genuinely amazed by the level of customer service and hospitality we experienced here. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and sincerely friendly. The service felt genuine, not scripted, and everyone made us feel truly cared for. A very special thank you to Louisa at the front desk. She is truly one of a kind! Her kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made such a lasting impression on us. Before our boat trip, she even surprised us with a cooler bag to take with us for the day—a small gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel’s thoughtful and caring approach to hospitality. She is exactly the kind of person every hotel hopes to have representing them. The rooms are lovely, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was another highlight, with delicious fresh options and eggs prepared à la minute, exactly the way you like them. The restaurant deserves special recognition. The food was outstanding, and I absolutely loved that the wine list exclusively featured Sardinian wines. It was such a thoughtful way to showcase the island’s incredible wine culture, and every bottle we tried was fantastic. Nascar Hotel perfectly captures the warmth and charm of Sardinian hospitality. Hotel Miramare

"We were absolutely elated by this place! Cala Gonone exceeded our expectations in terms of a beautiful coastal area that isn't mobbed like some other portions of Italy. Hotel Miramare is beautiful and right next to the beach. Parking was a little unclear and we got a ticket, so be aware of parking rules and finding a spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful with many suggestions. Our room was fantastic - complete with TWO balconies. The south balcony was a bit warm for our tastes but the east balcony (facing the beach) was shady and comfortable. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We asked for extra pillows, which they promptly brought to us. We enjoyed the outdoor grill for dinner one night and really enjoyed the preparations. The breakfast buffet in the morning had all of the fruits, meats, perfectly-prepared eggs and pastries we could hope for, and the staff graciously let us get an early start on breakfast the morning we rented a boat. The atmosphere throughout was light, clean and uplifting, enhanced by the ultra-friendly staff. It's not even a question that we will return here on our next trip to Sardinia."

"This hotel was great! Staff were all very nice and helpful. We stayed in June and they had a great buffet breakfast each morning, plus drinks and snacks available the rest of the day. The pool was really nice and not too busy. Would recommend staying here. Only downside is that it is up on a hill (like everywhere else) and its about a 15 to 20 minute walk down to the city center."
