“Check in was simple. Kasey was very responsive to my couple of questions. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeway and every location on our list. The quiet location was super important to our athlete needing a good nights sleep. Plenty of seating to enjoy a family movie or lounge with a good book. “The cottage set up is very nice, beautiful, welcoming grounds. Everything was very clean, inviting, and very comfortable. We were in Little Rock for a multi day medical check up at UAMS and the stay at Rosemount made everything much better, especially since we could have our two pups with us. “I chose this property because it was close to work but not too close since the area around the Interstate is a bit sketchy. The apartment is the entire upstairs of an unremarkable building south of the trendy SoMa area. My host was responsive, the door code worked, and the decor was impressive. The appliances were new, the TV excellent, and the dining room table made a terrific desk. As with all short-stay homes, be aware of the fees! My final total was nearly double the initial quote.”

“We had a wonderful stay here for the weekend with my family. We were in town for my son’s wedding that was at The Venue at Stonebrook Meadows. It was only 13 miles to our venue. This house is very spacious & accommodating for us. It could use a good deep cleaning but the property is currently for sale. Quiet neighborhood & close to a lot of things. Would definitely recommend staying here. ”
