Another great stay

Being our second stay in the property, we expected another high quality experience and were not disappointed. The house was perfectly appointed for our requirements. A great location for our family, and close to supermarkets/The Base shopping. A couple of minor issues with the alarm code and missing cutlery were quickly resolved. Thanks again - a thoroughly recommended property.

We had a lovely stay here. Great communication with the owner. Everything you need was provided great location close to the LDS Temple which we were attending a wedding for. Better than Pictures

Great stay. Very comfortable beds, clean house, and well appointed. Overall, house is better than pictures and located just enough on the edge of town to skirt the worst of rush hour traffic if headed to Hobbiton or Caves. Host made it super easy to check in and enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Very nice comfortable stay in a quiet location. Has all the amenities including laundry. The Base shopping centre, grocery and bakeries are only a short drive away. The contact details (email and phone) provided on Expedia and check-in emails need to be updated as they are incorrect. Once we finally got in touch with Merryl, she was fantastic, responsive and very helpful.

perfect location, quiet but only 15 mins from all local venues. within daily travel to Tauranga, Raglan, Taupo and Rotorua so didnt have to stay over anywhere else. House was clean, spacious and had well equipped kitchen. Owners were very prompt with any information. i would highly recommend this property for those wanting a stress free break.

We arrived in Auckland in the morning on a long flight from the States and we're in need of rest and relaxation. Our hosts were able to provide an early check-in which was much appreciated. Good location + modern + nice house

Overall had a great stay and was perfect for what we needed. Only negative was the cleanliness - had to wash cups + plates + cutlery before using. Also dish clothes + bath mats + hand towels were quite dirty and we had not yet used them. Other than this a cool place nice and modern and good location.

First time visit to Hamilton Gardens

Beautifully appointed modern condo 1.3 km from The Base for easy shopping. Quiet area. Internal accessing garaging. Fully equipped kitchen making our stay in evening preferable to eating out and truly enjoyable. Generous room sizes and spacious area for dining in for self caterers. Good quality bbq for indoor outdoor living in the summer. Highly recommended.
