Great Stay

We had a great stay with family. The Host was very accomodating and quick to respond to any communications. The scenery surroiunding his place was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

This property was very nice and clean! It had plenty of room for our small family. The neighborhood was family friendly and quiet! Just a 2 minute drive to the lake for fishing! We will be back!

Peaceful retreat

Quiet, charming, loved the screened porch. Metal roof outside the bedroom made the rain overnight during our stay even better. Loved the extra touch of the mini bed & chair beneath the stairs!

Fall break

Lovely condo, clean well furnished, short drive to the lake. Particularly enjoyed the back screened porch and the short walk to the gazebo for beautiful sunset views. Hope to return soon.

Adorable Cabin

It was such a cute cabin and we loved the huge kitchen. The back porch was screened in and it was so nice to sit out back at night. It felt private, event though there were other cabins around us. I'd go back again if I'm ever up that way!

Peaceful Getaway

Very peaceful getaway spot, with all the amenities. If you love sunsets, there’s a great spot to watch them at a Pavilion further back on the property. Host always communicated promptly. Great communication!

Beautiful location

Our stay was short but sweet. It was a one night stay while traveling to our final vacation destination. The best feature of the cabin is its screened in porch facing the wooded area around it. Other cabins are on the property but it was a peaceful place to sit and relax. The owners had just lost a member of the cleaning staff, but they were quick to make sure that clean bedding was put on the bed after we arrived.

Love these cabins, have stayed in 2 so far both are great

We love these cabins. They are clean and decorated so cute. Its quite and peaceful and great proximity to the lake. Not far at all. From the top of the hill you can see the water. Beautiful sunsets up there. We plan to continue to go several times a year.

Very nice and spacious!

This cabin was alot bigger than I thought! We enjoyed our stay, especially being so close to the lake! Vinnie is a very responsive and gracious host. We had a very strong storm roll though, and Vinnie sent a message with the code to the basement in case we needed it. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in this amazing cabin. Peaceful area, well stocked kitchen, immaculate, very comfortable bed, great view. We went down to the lake, found some waterfalls, ate at a great restaurant. The owner is a wonderful host with suggestions for places to visit. We will definitely be back! Cozy and clean!!

Perfect size for my husband and I. Easy to find. Simple instructions to enter cabin. Very clean throughout! We stayed the beginning of October, and it was decorated for fall. Loved that!! The host was easy to reach and replied back in a timely manner. And so close to many waterfalls, attractions, and places to eat. Highly recommend this place!!

Remote and peaceful

The rental is the right hand cabin when you look at the posted picture. Coffee not supplied. No blinds covering front and back door, and 4 of 5 windows blinds don't go all the way down and there are no strings to lower them so you're visible from the outside. Patio was very peaceful and Vinny was super responsive. Bed is in loft; bathroom downstairs. There are other cabins around but not super close.

Left due to unclean kitchen

My wife and I stayed for one night. We planned to do a decent bit of cooking for our three night stay. After arriving, I looked at the kitchen cupboards to get an idea of what cooking supplies and such were there. There was limited options when it came to pots/pans/cooking sheets. The skillets were not clean. There was standing water in the skillets in the cupboard. One of them looked like it had something growing on it. Not sure what. The knives were dirty (and some were missing). All of the plates and cups had a layer of grease on them. I will note, this house doesn’t have a dishwasher… so you are relying on the cleanliness of the previous guest, and that they did a good job handwashing each dish. We would have had to clean the dishes to use them, and then hand wash them again. I contacted the owner, and told him we were just going to leave. The home wasn’t prepared well for us. I appreciated having our cleaning fee refunded, but no additional rent or anything was offered to be refunded after the home was not adequately prepared. I wouldn’t ever stay here again. Unless you don’t plan on using the kitchen at all. Too much risk in depending on previous tenants to clean dishes and such.
