Baxter Springs Hotel with Pool

"The only thing that I didn’t care for were the pillows. The staff was great. Everything was very clean, nice job. Coffee was terrific. Highly recommend!"

"I notified the staff I would be doing a late check in because there were storms in my area that was set to clear area 7 pm and I didn't want to drive through it. I arrived at the hotel about 15 minutes to 10 pm. I was checked in and provided keys to our room. When I entered the room there was about 6 box of food containers all around the room, the beds were not made, and towels on "

"Our stay was short, but we enjoyed our stay. Every member of staff that we interacted with was super friendly. The breakfast was yummy and the casino was nice and clean."

"We stayed in the kimg soze Jacuzzi room. Shower leaked. Pool was closed even though we called 3 times before booking to confirm it would be open. The floors and baseboards and walls are filthy. Mirrors were broken around the hot tub. The bed was uncomfortable and the couch sank down completely in the middle. The refrigerator wouldn't hold a temperature and the microwave didnt work well. Breakfast was awful snd the dining room was dirty. The sheets and towels seemed clean, thankfully. Overall it was absolutely not worth it. We won't be returning. Do not recommend. Staying at any of the other 4 hotels in the same parking lot for less money would have been a significantly better option both fiscally as well as for cleanliness and comfort."
