“Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing.”

“Room was very pretty and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. I could not find an outlet though in the bathroom by the sink /mirror for hair dryer etc. ”

“Great location to the village and beach. The room was small but comfortable. AC unit was directly outside the bedroom window and a bit loud. I would have liked some utensils and plates to use during the stay.”

“Very clean and a very friendly staff”

“Room didn’t look anything like pictured. Air conditioner was broken laying on floor. Moved it and cockroaches ran from under. Bed wasn’t made. Room was supposed to be non smoking. Reeked of smoke. Front desk staff was no help. Had to leave and find other hotel accommodations. Absolutely disgusting. Lots of loitering all around hotel. Very uncomfortable and unsafe feel. ”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“Room for cleaned every day. Fresh towels without having to ask. Garbages dumped and new soaps daily”

“This is a good overnight stay near the airport. The area seemed safe. The parking is located close to your unit and is well lit at night. Check in and out was easy. I gave it 3 stars because the bathroom and kitchen area needed an extra scrub. The bed was clean and comfortable.”

“Great quiet location. Close to Anna Marie Island. Pool is awesome. All grounds immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking paths close by. Large breakfast buffet with variety of hot and cold options. We had a Marina view room so relaxing to sit on balcony and watch the boats cone and go. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Room was pretty clean. Staff was kind. It is basic basic. Our window curtain was broke so didn’t get much sunlight in the room. Pillows were HORRIBLE. I called them cotton balls. Bed was not that comfy. ”
