「Place was clean and excellent location but not quite as depicted from on line picture. Could not see water from patio chairs - had to stand on toes to see because large amounts of bushes obstructed view. Grill was right next to our room so people were walking in front of our room to use it and the entry way was in a dark hidden corner right next to community bathroom and community laundry. Would have been nicer to be on 2nd floor to see the ocean and have more privacy.」

「Great responses from owner. Wonderful location. Easy local transportation up and down the island. We cooked in our condo, I brought my own spices. Didn’t expect them to provide. However It did have some spices, ie: salt, pepper, sugar. They seemed old though and should be replaced. Overall great place and would stay again.」

「Apartment was what we were expecting and good location with car parking space. Kitchen well equipped. Shower was not good at all and could do with some attention as it was a trickle. Duvets on all the beds did not have a cover on them but maybe this is a US thing ??? We found it strange not having a cover !! Best thing was the location.」

「This cozy little apartment was spotless and one of the most well stocked with “essentials” that I’ve stayed in. In fact, after I made my store run, I found much of what I bought (extra paper towels, plastic bags, etc) already in the drawers. Mike is incredibly fast at responding if you have a question- location is good with all you need within walking distance and trolley stops close by if you want to venture out further. Walked across the street for the sunset each night - couldn’t beat the...

「The house was very clean, very cute, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, not far from longboat key, Anna, Maria Island, and Bradenton. Beware, there is a ceramic blue parrot hanging in one of the trees around the pool, this caught me off guards several times and always made me laugh. I would totally stay here again.」
