"Bryan was wonderful to work with. We had some special circumstances regarding our stay and he was completely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed. The house is on a quiet dead end street. The area seemed safe and we were able to take short walks without any worries. View of the river from the 2nd floor bedroom was wonderful. Watched osprey flying and ducks in the river.I would recommend this property to others. "

"The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking appliances. The house was very clean and had what you needed if you had forgotten anything, shampoo, conditioner ,soap, dishwashing detergent and kitchen soap, towels etc…. neighbors are very quiet. The only issue I had was when parking In the pad outback of the house it was a pain at times because others were parked in the alley making it hard to park or pull out of the parking pad "

"Breakfast was not of good quality. The hot tub was kinda scary. It made to much noise when turned on. Also tub needed an upgrade. Look like some parts of the tub was peeling. Toilet flushes too loud. Furniture looked old and the smell of the room was not fresh at all. The amenities ( conditioner , bar soap and body wash in the bathroom was very very small and not enough. With all that being said the dinner at the restaurant was very very good . "

"Fully equipped with small appliances, built in microwave wouldn’t latch and was unable for use, flatware and dishes were not enough for a house that sleeps 12 , upper rack on dishwasher was faulty, the living room only has one smaller low and difficult to get out of sectional for older people, could definitely use more furniture for a larger home. Beds were comfortable and showers were nice. "

"We were visiting family in the area and didn’t spend much time at the house. Would love to come back in the spring or summer to enjoy the water. Everything was perfect for our stay."

"The house is adorable and wonderfully located about a 1/4 block from the water and a pier. It was immaculate and had everything you could need. The host does a fabulous job of taking care of you. When we had the major snowstorm, her husband came over to clear the driveway and walkway in the freezing cold, Just so I could leave if I needed to. The community is very friendly. Everyone waves! One lady even helped me to pack my car when I left. I highly recommend."

"Great location by the water! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Wish it was summer tome, so we could have gone for a swim and enjoyed the fire pit. The place is great. "
