La déco est vraiment a revoir et les chambres un peu petites quand on est deux. Le gros avantage c'est qu'il est en plein Bayonne, du coup, très pratique pour sortir le soir.

la réception est au 1er étage, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Certaines chambres donnent sur le couloir ou l'escalier, du coup, il fait chaud et lourd dans les chambres (après avoir transpiré pour monter les bagages, c'est agréable !) Il y a un grand ventilateur dans la chambre, mais ça brasse de l'air chaud. La salle de bain est minimaliste, avec des sachets de gels douche. Chaque chambre a un linge de lit différent, l'escalier est magnifiquement décoré. L'hôtel est situé au milieu d'une rue commerçante avec des restaurants.

Hôtel simple et confortable en plein centre

Les gérants sont proches et comprennent les attentes. Même si la réception ferme à 19h, les explications sont claires et il n'y a aucun risque de rester à l'extérieur sauf si batterie téléphone vide. lol Dès que vous sortez, vous êtes dans une rue passante, dans centre de la commune.

Very poor hotel, good location

Not a great hotel. Their check-in closes at 7, I did get an email saying check-ins over Christmas would be closing at this time, but that was Christmas, not more than 2 weeks before!! Lucky I got there just before 7 then. The hotel is on a slope, no joking, you constantly feel you're going to fall over. I almost broke my back in their communal shower, the slippery surface made me slip and I'm not sure how I didn't fall over. HOTELIER - get an anti-slip mat! And while you're at it, do something about the annoying shower curtain that clings to you as you try and wash yourself - really, really annoying. The rack rate is 60 Euros, unbelievably, it was barely worth the 30 Euros I paid. And, one last annoying thing, more out of principle - tourist tax is 70 cents per day and, no joking, they charge you twice on a 1-night stay - I appreciate this is probably government-driven, but really, are French taxpayers so desperate for money that they charge a person arriving just before 7 at night and leaving at 7 the next morning for TWO days??????

¨Nous avons passé deux jours dans la ville de Bayonne. Hôtel bien situé, dommage pas bien insonorisé, quand on dort on premier on entend les gens dans la salle du déjeûner. Très bon accueil, très bon petit déjeûner.

The room was ok, it was cheap and convenient. We chose a room to share the bathroom and shower with others, but I think there were not many guests that day. It was quite clean, but the WIFI was not that strong in our room.
