“I have been to this area before and stayed in several different homes. I would actually pass this house and it looked appealing from the outside. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. There is nothing I could not have done as far as cooking, watching the TV and outdoor activities the area has to offer. Communications were great, and the guide in the home was super practical. “We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. There were seven kayaks and two paddleboards available and enough paddles for each. The location was perfect! Just a short paddle from hospital hole. We took a day to paddle to the springs state park, and all of us will remember that day forever. If you're looking for a place on the springs, you should stop looking. ”

“Favorite house to stay in homosassa. All of the houses that Dani manages are clean, organized and well stocked with everything you need. This house was especially enjoyable with having the pool. We love the location for scalloping, although if you don't know the water there, it can be a challenge to navigate.”
