「This is a great whole home property that offers a lot of easy trip options. There is a super cute small downtown that is a good spot for breakfast / shopping. There is a grocery store super close to the house and the kitchen is well equipped for any meal. The home has no AC but did provide fans. The back yard and deck are spacious but we spent most of our time traveling. 「Mahone Bay has such charm and Mahone oasis is set up perfectly for you to get to different areas of Nova Scotia or just to stay and enjoy the views of the bay. Well located— next to grocery, bike shop other stores and restaurants. We were sorry to leave. The only caveat is there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment, but the view was wonderful. 」

「A week at the Hilltop Retreat was great…a month would have been better. This quaint little cottage provided a cozy but plentiful space for our family of four. We enjoyed the large, open yard, with plenty of room for outdoor activities, and the beautiful ocean view while sitting and drinking coffee every morning. We made great use of the golf clubs, kayaks and bicycles. The cottage provided a great base for us while we explored the south shore. We hope to visit again very soon!」
