Entspannt

Ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Bayreuth und Umgebung, Bushaltestelle und Radwege direkt vor dem Haus, Parks (Eremitage und Wilhelminenaue) in der Nähe, gut ausgestattetes Häuschen mit schönem Garten und sehr kooperative Vermieterin.

Die Ferienwohnung ist voll und ganz Spitze. Wir wären gerne länger in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung mit Garten geblieben. Alles Sauber und sehr gepflegt und die Vermieterin sehr sehr nett. Wir waren voll zufrieden und hoffen, dass diese Wohnung auch weiterhin vermietet wird und die Mieter auch sich der schönen Wohnung würdig erweisen. Ales Gute weiterhin wünschen wir aus vollen Herzen.

Perfect!!!!!!!!

The cottage was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for access to the middle of the the city but just enough away to be quiet. Sigrun is the perfect owner. This happens very rarely. If you are thinking about renting this property- don’t hesitate!!!!

Gemütliches kleines Häuschen mit Garten

Nette und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich und funktionell eingerichtet. So gut wie alles vorhanden. Fast wie zu Hause. Unser kleiner Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anbindung in die Stadt ist sehr gut. Sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit dem Bus.

Einfach super wohlgefühlt

Das Haus ist so, wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt. Unsere Befürchtung, dass es im Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach zu heiss wird, sind nicht eingetroffen, da das Dach isoliert ist. Und wir hatten bis zu 29°C Aussenthemperatur. Zusätzlich steht bei Bedarf ein kleiner, aber sehr leistungsstarker Ventilator zur Verfügung. Vom Haus aus kann man viele Ausflugsziele in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen. Nach Pottenstein z.B. sind es nur 30 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft und sehr herzliche Gastgeberin

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit hohem Erholungswert! Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, genug Platz für zwei Personen und ein schöner Garten mit Sitzplatz und Apfelbäumen. Der Bus zum Bahnhof hält vor dem Haus, so ist auch die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ohne Auto gut gegeben.

Direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Ruhige Lage. Privatparkplatz. Schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Großer Garten. Nette Vermieterin.

A lovely home on the edge of Bayreuth

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Sigrun is a charming hostess and was waiting for us on our arrival. She showed us all the important details and the property was immaculate in its presentation. The sun room and garden particularly impressed us. I recommend this property to anyone.
