You are overlooking beautiful Scenic Bay, at the Southern end of Lake Pend Orielle. As you step inside, you are greeted by a spacious living area complete with vaulted ceilings and big fireplace. This 2 story home sleeps up to 10 comfortably. A stairway leads down to a gathering area complete with games and big screen TV. and a cozy wood burning stove!

This property sits on a beautiful piece of property with walnut, apple and cherry trees. Beautiful views from almost every room of the home. There are neighbors but this property sits on a large lot, so you are not right next to the neighbors.

Guests have access to the entire property and home with a few exceptions of the laundry room, cellar and a locked closet in master bedroom (mirrored)

The first floor of this delightful home hosts high vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, smart TV, and a large reclining sofa and loveseat with unbelievable views of the lake. The vast master bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed with direct access to the furnished patio with a seating area and outdoor dining table, unparalleled views of the water and surrounding nature, an En suite full bathroom with a shower. The Master also has a workspace with fast WIFI speeds

The second and lower level of the home features three bedrooms and a full bathroom. 2 queen bedrooms both have access to a private deck area overlooking beautiful fruit trees and Scenic Bay Third Bedroom boasts 2 full size beds.

A beautiful family room, a warm cozy fireplace with a large comfy couch with a chase lounge and 2 comfortable chairs; 70" TV with all of your streaming services. This area also has a laundry room with an extra refrigerator and a washer and dryer.

This home has parking for 4 vehicles maximum. If for some reason you will have more, please reach out to me and see if we can make arrangements for offsite parking.

Bayview is a walking community. This property is about a 15 minute walk from town but you can ride bikes or take a golf cart or ATV just about any place you need to go to in the town of Bayview. (you need to bring your own)

The 2 Garages and the laundry room downstairs are locked areas and you do not have access to them.

There is also a closet upstairs that is locked but there is an additional closet in the room.
