"The hotel was in a unique structure within the castle area of Naxos. The view from the rooftop was fantastic. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The hosts were enthusiastic and helpful at all times. The host picked us up at the port when we got in and did a great job of showing us around so we could get oriented. Note, the hotel is up on the hill in Naxos. Don’t go there if you have mobility problems."

The front of house team were exceptional and friendly, the food and cocktails were out of this world, the pool area, beach and overall look and feel of the hotel were all fantastic. We loved the that hotel grows their own produce and makes their own jams, flavoured teas, lemonades etc, it is such a lovely touch. Our room was very spacious with a lovely terrace and thoughtful additions, such as a coffee machine and complementary coffee pods and water every day."

"Had a phenomenal stay at Gareth's and Nathalie's house. The property is fantastic and comfortably housed five grown men without ever feeling cramped. The terrasse is stunning—we spent most of our time outside and had all of our lunches and dinner there. Gareth is very responsive and helped us get a new coffee maker when the house's broke. One thing to know : The drive can be a bit daunting at first, but we took it very slowly. You get used to it. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Valérie takes GREAT care in her property and has spent considerable time and obviously money to create a unique Hillside Villa overlooking the sea. She is also a wonderful communicator who truly wants you to have the Best holiday and enjoy her home. With that said, there are a number of quirks of the property design that may or may not be important to other guests so by all means ask Valérie ahead of time. Specifically there are no en suite bedrooms. As a hillside villa there are A LOT of stairs and by design internally there are limited railings so if you are elderly or any mobility issues this may not be the house for you. Also one of the main bathrooms is on a floor with no bedrooms which may or may not be an issue. Finally the house is up a very steep road which currently has significant construction of some villas below so was quite dusty. Again only an issue if you wanted/expected to walk to the beach. The beach close by is amazing with lots of parking and if you are looking in this area for a villa you will already know you have to rent a car so again, may or may not be an issue. Of note, there is gated secure parking on the property which was a very nice feature. The pool is also not heated which is the norm I understand But another question to ask ahead of time.The bottom line, view is incredible. We had amazing Birthday dinner with private chef that Valérie helped arrange. The villa grew on us each day so decide what aspects of a property are important and decide"

"Great house. It was clean, spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The host was very nice and communication was great. It was a 3 min walk to the beach. This end of the beach is nice because it’s not too busy (and it’s beautiful). You can rent covered chairs at the beach. I’d recommend renting a car if you stay at this location. Overall it was excellent."

"We had a fantastic vacation in Naxos and this house was the reason why. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had questions. The house is awesome with everything you need to relax and unwind. Great outdoor space and most of all just steps from the beach. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach under our private umbrella on our beach chairs. I would highly recommend renting this house."
