This spectacular 4 Bedroom, 4 Full Bath, 2 Half Bath home with stunning ocean and bay views from

the sliding glass living space doors, allowing the outside in, along with the rooftop deck are undeniably breathtaking. The home and its architectural digest worthy finishes, proximity to the beach, hot tub, 2 expansive grills and all it has to offer makes this your perfect summer getaway. The property offers an elevator, 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds and 2 Full Beds along with a pullout. Max occupancy is 11.

10 Beach Badges provided but not guaranteed. Beach Wagon, Beach Chairs and Umbrella's in garage for use. This is a Saturday to Saturday rental and CSA damage option is required with this rental.

Indoor / outdoor gas fireplace is not for use. Outdoor fire pit can be used but please note tenant is responsible for clean up from usage upon departure.
