This is a very well maintained first floor duplex located in the heart of Harvey Cedars. Cozy home located 7 homes from, short block to bay beach with beautiful sunsets. Within walking distance to small town amenities - restaurants, market and ice cream. New hardwood floors in the living area and a new refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. New bathroom with heated floor and kitchen! Owner does not provide pillows, blankets/comforters.
