「We had a fantastic relaxing time at Creta Royal hotel. Hotel staff were very professional and attentive. Hotel and room were spotless all areas cleaned everyday. Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Desserts were also varied and enjoyable.Beach and pool areas were wonderful. Enough chairs and parasols for everyone. Bus number 20 is 2 euros into rethymno old town easy and accessible. 「Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. Das Putzpersonal ist unfähig gewesen frische Handtücher...

Andere Gäste werden hier ausgegrenzt, selbst bei Nachfrage bei der Animation wurde uns gesagt dass die Animation keine Erlaubnis hat, anders sprachige Kinder zu betreuen. Unser erstes Familienzimmer war relativ laut (Klimaanlage vor dem Balkon, Fahrstuhl), konnten aber wechseln.」

「Das Uzenie ist für uns eines der top drei Hotels, in denen wir bisher weltweit waren. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und schafft dadurch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre zum wohlfühlen. Das Essen war erstklassig und man sitzt beim Essen 50m vom Meer entfernt mit Blick auf einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang. Das Botique-Hotel wurde 2025 eröffnet und somit ist alles sehr neu, luxuriös, sauber und technisch auf dem modernsten Stand. Wir durften 2 Stunden früher in unser Zimmer und 2 Stunden länger...

「Wir reisen wirklich sehr viel aber diese Unterkunft ist eine der besten, die wir in den vergangenen Jahren gesehen haben. Alle Bereiche sind super sauber und hochwertig gestaltet. Die Dachterrasse und der obere Pool sind ein Traum. Der Strand beginnt direkt außerhalb des Hotelgeländes. In der Straße des Hotels gibt es auch ein echt tolles Restaurant. Klare Empfehlung!」
