I would definitely stay here again, and allow ourselves more time to use the kayaks that are available. “Great place. Plenty of space. There were 4 of us adults and could have easily accommodated more. Large space. Outside on deck, BBQ and all utensils you need, sit back and enjoy the view of the water and boats. Absolutely beautiful! Lawn chairs and fire pit to use. Could not ask for anything more!”

“Our stay at this little cottage was wonderful—everything we were looking for. The cottage was stocked with all the things we needed, the beach was great for kids who wanted to explore and it was so quiet and peaceful. It was a real getaway from all the “noise” of life. We really appreciated how the host provided us with all the information we needed and we knew she was available to respond to us at anytime—but at the same time wasn’t constantly checking in. It genuinely felt like was arrived at……

“This was a great place to stay. The property is very interesting and historic and the renovations that were done made it very modern and comfortable. It is incredibly spacious and a great place to have a relaxing vacation. The area is also very peaceful and a great place to relax. There is convenience store nearby and a great restaurant just down the street. There’s plenty to see in the area and even beaches a short drive away.”

“The Purple House is a wonderful place to stay. Having the wharf right there was great. Watching the fishing boats coming in, the beautiful sunsets and the ability to see the tide come in was a great experience.The house is full of history.
