This is a unique family friendly harbor front 3 bedroom house which provides a wide range of opportunities to enjoy a complete outdoor beach front experience for the whole family. Enjoy magnificent sunsets overlooking Lake Winnipeg from the tall screen room or from the sun deck at the harbor-end of the backyard. This unique space features a fire pit fire place, as well as other amenities like full kitchen, heating & air conditioning ( bedroom-3 upstairs), fast Wi-Fi, ice maker, coffee maker, home office, exercise equipment with yoga mats, outdoor furniture, beach essentials for toddlers, children and adults; and a canoe to enjoy the bay, canals and the lake. This is the perfect location to enjoying water sports, biking, hiking or ATVing.

Beautiful location. All the amenities. Communication via AI exceptionally frustrating prior to arriving and during stay. Created last minute confusion and stress regarding a change in checkout date.

A few comments

Good location for fishing lake Winnipeg, but house had some issues. The only bathroom had an RV toilet that wasn't usable for adults. We ended up using the outhouse by the harbor. Parking does not accommodate a truck and trailer, so we had to park down the road. Beds had humps or sags. No regular coffee pot - a Keurig was provided but limited k-cups.

Ice Fishing - perfect access!

It was a great location for myself and 3 friends. The direct access to Balsam Harbour was great. We didn’t need to load and unload snowmobiles every day. Only limitation is parking. We parked pickups and trailers on the lake and used the driveway to park snowmobiles. It was a great experience!
