「My room was great, 2nd level with a view out to the lake, nice sitting out there in the afternoon with a few beers. Brit at the bar was super friendly! Loved my stay!」

「Perfect! It was the last night of Coachella and very busy. Still able to find (free) on-site parking near our room. Very spacious room! Clean, well appointed, newer fixtures, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and great water pressure with adjustable shower head. Room was quiet even though we were on the ground floor somewhat near the dining area. 24 hour complementary coffee. Free breakfast included eggs, sausages, waffles, cereals, bagels/toast, fruit, and a variety of juices, coffee and tea....

「My kids had a wonderful time and so are we, my husband and I. The only thing we dislike is that the master room did not have a lock, so we were not able to lock the door, which was a really bad situation since we could not have our privicy, depriving us from have our intimacy with peace of mind. One of our kid got into our room in the midle of the night, and thank God, we were no have sex in that moment. 」

「Nice, quiet, clean and conveniently located to the polo fields. I had a very nice stay. It is a simple, No fuss unit. Host provided little extras that were nice touches ie. bar soap, shampoo conditioner, toothpaste, and coffee creamer. I would love to stay again, the only thing I’d wish it had is a washer and dryer.」

「Great place to stay for a retreat from Midwest winter. The unit was fine and close to the main pools which are the only ones heated in the winter. Well stocked unit. Agree with others that more indoor lighting would be a plus — especially in main bedroom.」

「We appreciate the communication with the host. She extended many kind gestures- early check in and waived the pet fee. Unfortunately the house was not clean- there was dust everywhere, and many items did not work. Hopefully this will help for future stays.」

「I booked this property for myself, my teenage son, 2 friends and their teenage children for a sports tournament nearby. The house was dirty with hair in the bathroom and mold on the walls and there was garbage scattered in the backyard. The neighborhood was noisy until close to midnight both nights of our stay, despite the noise ordinance and our call to the Property Contact. This property sleeps 6, not 9, as advertised. The teenagers slept on the floor on air mattresses we happened to bring....

「The community is well kept. Loved being able to walk to La Quinta Resort for morning coffee. And the cafe on property was great for breakfast. Only downside was finding street parking for this unit. Will stay again for sure.」
