“First let me mention the staff. The lady at the front desk was absolutely the best. She wears a lot of hats. Front desk and the coffee and snack area. She makes the place. She was incredible. Location was great. This place is nice. However the parking wasn't great to the entrance and the carpet in the elevators, the hallways and the rugs in our room looked ready to be either replaced or steamed. It was a good bit nasty. Only a portion of the shower head worked. ”

“The White House was highly recommended from friends but our stay was far from a good experience. To start with, our room on the first floor (107) had a very pungent odor that was attempted to be covered up with glade plug-ins. The odor was a mixture of moldew/mold and a very strong fragrance. It made breathing very difficult and within minutes our throats were irritated and muly wifes felt as though it were closing. We immediately found the plug-in unplugged it and turned on the bathroom vent.……

“Easy to self park, front desk very friendly, fast check in. Had dinner at Port 17 in casino, seafood platter very good was enough for 2 people. Drink service in casino was not there, no one ever came around. Breakfast downstairs in the morning was great , hot coffee and delicious omelette.”
