“We had a pleasant stay for four night as we were attending a family wedding. Location was great for all our activities and close to great restaurant options. All staff was great however the night we checked in the desk clerk could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. A little disappointed that a continental breakfast was not offered but upon night of arrival Andre was very kind and prepared a nice evening meal for us. Housekeeping on 5th floor was very attentive. One room had no issues……

“You would never know this property is as old as it is. Very well maintained. Check-in staff was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. Water pressure, meh. Good location. Did not have any interaction with the restaurant. Bar area was very nice and huge. Hospitality at the bar, meh. Oh, and completely beyond their control but not far from a train crossing with the noise that brings but not terrible. Overall great stay and would go back.”

“Das Zimmer war toll mit Blick aufs Meer (wie gebucht) war sauber. Frühstück war gut. Gute Ausgangslage für unsere Unternehmungen. Allerdings kein direkter Strandzugang wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Man muss dazu eine mehrspurige Straße überqueren um zum Strand zu kommen. Zimmer mit Meerblick ist allerdings sehr laut, da der Pool (und auch der Pool des Nachbarhotels) und die Hauptstraße davor sind.”

“Liked the complimentary water and cookies on check in. Room was very clean. Elevators and parking lot needed a good tidy-up. Front desk staff friendly. Nice breakfast, reasonably priced.”

“We booked and paid for our room four months ago. We arrived at approximately 3:40 p.m. only to be told that there would be a $15 fee for early check-in and that our room wasn’t ready anyway. Nor would it be ready at the actual check-in time of 4:00 p.m. When would it be ready? No idea. Ignore the fact that their policy states late charges depend on availability BEFORE 3:00 p.m. We were there well after that. Why would our room not be ready at check-in time?? You took our money four months……

“It was a great place with a good location, and I will definitely book again. The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed”

“The boutique Hotel is absolutely excellent! The location, the room and the service is always impeccable. The room is cozy, comfortable and clean. The shower is fantastic. All of the services exceed any expectations. This is an absolutely wonderful destination stay. This is the only, only place we stay in the area.”
