The room wasnt clean. The bathroom wasnt clran. We found pubic hair in the shower.the shower door wasnt clean. There wasnt any trash bags in the trash can.. the floors were dirty. We made the best of it but will not stay there again. Pubic hair was found on the pillows.

Ok we did like the fact that we had a view of the Harber, and we could see the boats come and go, but the noise of the air-conditions made it hard to stay outside and talk or just enjoy the view, as we were right over the top of them.

Pool was closed day after we arrived our stay was 5 days in late August. Room smelled like mildew the whole floor smelled like mildew. No room cleaning unless you called them . They just brought you clean linens had to change yourself. We had to empty our own trash. Room advertised with mini fridge they said had to pay 10$ a day for it. Even though the room we booked included it. The staff however was very nice. Joe on casino floor , John at the pool bar, all the people working the chocolate box, and the older lady working the gift shop didn't catch her name. Waitresses very good as well.

Had hairs on the sheets, no microwave in the room, the cabinet door that was hiding the mini fridge is coming off the hinges, and the windows were not properly cleaned. Called for towels early in the morning, none were brought to our room we had to go to the front desk and ask for them. On top of the phone in our room wasn’t even connected.

Staff was rude. No room service. Beds were terrible and the toilet and bathtub leaked all night long and kept us awake. Staff at spa was rude and very unhelpful. Will not be back.

Honestly there was nothing at all from the timenwe pulled up to check in there was issues. My car was parked at the front door for approximately 10 minute with it being the ONLY vehicle out there and the bellman told us when we got to my car they were fixing to tow my car away!!! What a first time welcome!!!! Then we got.into our room and I pulled the bedspread and sheet back to lysol the bed only to find pubic hair on the sheets. Then i looked on the sectional sofa and there is dog hair all over it. They did change our room but it still doesn't make me feel good to have to lay in these beds. That is unacceptable!! They did give us a free breakfast but again it still makes it very un easy and uncomfortable to even get in the bed!! When you pay $600 plus dollars to stay in a Hotel you do that because you WANT CLEAN BED LINEN AND A CLEAN BATHROOM!! Yeah to top it allllll off the bath tub had gross grime around the back of the tub that i found tonight when i went to step in the shower. I feel so dirty and so afraid to even sleep here!!!

The security is rude! The entire hotel smells like smoke-even the non smoking part. The hotel rooms are old and outdated. None of the plug ins in the room worked and I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The WiFi would not connect. Security was extremely rude to me and my finance and got in her face over our service animal. The only good thing about this place is the pool. If I could rate it a 0/10 I would. We will definitely not be back to this location.

The man at the circle entrance was terribly rude to my mom and myself. His behavior was some of the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. I would've never expected that from a person in that position. Literally, your job is dealing with the public. He was rude and extremely unprofessional.
