“Wet carpet and a broken phone in our first room. Staff quickly moved us down the hallway to a suitable room. Our three night stay resulted in only one visit from housekeeping, but three incidents of the key cards not working and needing staff assistance to reset them. Dirty elevator with a sticky floor and broken buttons held on with scotch tape. Breakfast was plentiful and hot as promised. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and what you would expect from this property level.……

“The good: access to the hotel, andfirst floor room, and a great mattress. The bad: badly out of date decor, and color combinations, with chipping and splotchy paint throughout the room,along with a dirty floor, mold, rust in the bathroom, obvious water damage, and the exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom.”

“I found a tick in the bed that bit me twice. The WiFi code was expired. The bed was hard as a rock. There was no land line to call the office. I had to go to the restaurant to communicate. The sausage at breakfast was horrible. I had to spit it out. I made them give me credit for the second night. I told them I was not going to stay there another night. They did credit me on that but should have reimbursed on the first night also but I didn’t ask them to do that .”

The person at the desk was not helpful when asking questions about extra napkins and we were told the refrigerator was broken. The creamer for the coffee which needed refrigeration was left out at all times.”

“Zero stars needs to be an option for this property. The lobby smell and ragged carpeting and dented/dinged walks welcome you. Bits of assorted debris litter the hallways and elevator. Upon entering room, discovered more of the same. Sheets were either dirty or stained beyond bleach redemption. TV would not works. Calls to front desk unanswered. Being late in evening after difficult funeral too tired to pack up and head elsewhere/request another room. Based on other family members rooms having……

“Extremely run down and poorly maintained; bathroom fixtures were antiquated and bath tub stopper didn’t work. A/c was not on and took 30” to cool down to a bearable temp. Never will I book a super8 again”
