The AC wasn’t working in room 121. The night shift guy tried to convince me that it was. I told him it would be okay until morning as it was a cool night. The next morning someone else was at the desk and didn’t have a clue about my situation. He did move us to room 112. That night I came back for a shower. There was no hot water. The night guy was back. He said there was nothing he could do until the plumber got there the next morning. I have stayed here several times and have been happy with the results. This time was very disappointing to say the least.

The AC didn’t work. I told the night guy and he tried to convince me that it was working. I said it would be OK until morning as it was going to be a cool night but hot the next day. He assured me something would be done by morning. The next morning the day guy had no idea about my situation. He did finally move us to another room. The next night I came back for a shower and no hot water. The night shift guy again said he couldn’t do anything until the plumber got there the next morning. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and was very satisfied. But this time was a disappointment. . I’m going to have to shop around the next time I visit Salem.

The AC wasn’t working in my room. The guy at the desk looked at it and tried to convince me that it was working. I told him it would be OK until tomorrow as it was cooling off outside that night but was going to be hot the next day. He said something would be done by tomorrow. The next morning someone else was at the desk and didn’t have a clue about my situation. He did finally move us to another room. That night I came back to take a nice shower and nothing but cold water. I went to the same guy who was there the night before and he said he wouldn’t be able to do anything until the plumber got there the next morning. It was obvious that there was many empty rooms so I don’t know why he didn’t let us move again. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and never had this level of disappointment. I am going to have to look at alternatives in the future.
