The room was clean, but the air conditioner in the room was really noisy and even when we turned it down it would not cycle off. We had to shut it off completly and then when the room got hot turn it back on. the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a high whine that was very loud. The toliet would not flush and was clogged most of our visit. The desk chair snapped while I was doing work and I landed on the floor hitting my head. My husband took the broken chair to the front desk where the young man behind the desk remarked that why did you break my chair. When asked to replace it he replied he did not have one. My husband then took the chair from the desk in the lobby, to replace the broken one. I needed one to complete work in the room. We would and will not stay here again.

The staff was nice when we checked in. However we never saw anyone after that. We woke up early to enjoy the free breakfast before our 6 hour drive and they had almost nothing. There was an empty crockpot with dirty tongs, waffle maker was not on and old batter in the dispenser. No warm food available. We had no one to complain to because no one was at the desk to check us out. Only a sign that said “leave your key here”. The room wasn’t dirty, but felt stale and not freshly clean. Not worth the price at all.

Surprisingly clean room for low cost, off-brand inn. Dated and some wear and tear but clean, quiet and comfortable. I usually only go for Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt brands but was stuck in the middle of nowhere and this was the only option. $39 for the night!

The room was clean with plenty of room for our family of 5. However, there were no blackout shades, so the east facing room flooded with light early. The ceiling in the elevator was noticeably dirty with layers of dirt on the panels. The breakfast, while included left a lot to be desired. The waffle maker burned every waffle, the boiled eggs were yellowish, the sausage looked undercooked. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Good, convenient parking. Air conditioner worked very well and quickly. Staff was friendly but a little difficult to understand. Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were good, fridge, coffee pot, microwave. However the mattress was the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel. My spouse and I spent the night trying to dig out of the center. Reminded me of a pull out sofa mattress. For a room costing a premium price, I was quite disappointed. New mattress and I could give 5 stars.
